Rødrick’s Ruin

In this bitter tale, our fate is shown, to destroy our foe, we lost our own.
Rødrick, the blind shaman

In twilight’s hue, Rødrick grieved and spoke,

Our shaman’s heart, with sorrow, broke.

He claimed the land we sought to tame,

As our homeland, a bitter claim to fame.

In my waning days, I grasped the truth,

Rødrick’s despair, his heavy sooth.

To conquer foes, the samurai’s art,

We chose to change, a treacherous start.

In victory’s grasp, our souls did wane,

For as samurai, we’d lose our name.

In this bitter tale, our fate is shown,

To destroy our foe, we lost our own.
